This project was for a chemical plant where we poured over 140 cubic yards and 6000 square feet of concrete.  Our team worked overnights and brought in our own power to avoid client interuptions.

Design-Build

Modular Construction

McCrossin specializes in modular construction, an innovative approach that involves building components off-site and assembling them on-site. Technical Solutions

Build Information Modeling (BIM)

 

McCrossin is a leader in applied BIM platforms such as: Trimble MEP, Autodesk- Build & Revit, and Solidworks. Our experience utilizing point cloud surveys, virtual mock-ups, constructability simulation modeling and 4D project tracking  ensures the most efficient and safe approach to your project’s completion.

 

Machinery- Move, Rig & Install

Our technicians specialize in heavy and advanced machinery installations from cutting edge water filtration systems to jet fuel testing equipment. Count on us to move, support and rig your equipment into place, modify and connect utilities, and then align, measure and test for optimal performance.

3D Scan Technology

Quality Assurance Program

McCrossin’s robust Quality Assurance Program is a testament to our unwavering commitment to our industry leading construction standards. Our certified welders are masters of our rigorous testing procedures including, Destructive Testing (Tensile Strength, Nick-Break and Bend Testing) and Non-Destructive Testing (Radiography, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant, Ultrasonic, and Hydrostatic).

 

Quality assurance is maintained and upgraded in our mechanical installations through our membership in the Pipe Welding Code with the National Certified Pipe Welding Bureau to work under ASME B31.1- B31.9 MP-B31-Piping-Piping-Products – ASME and API 1104 codes. API .  Structural Welding operatates under code from AWS 1.1-1.6.  D1.1-D1.1M-2015-PV.pdf (aws.org) Concrete is manage under American Concrete Institute (ACI) standards  Standards (concrete.org)
